JOB TITLE: MANAGEMENT

JOB DUTIES:
1.
Act as liaison with Financial team and
Clinical Management team;
2.
Enhance current corporate outpatient
reporting;
3.
Gather and organize data on procedures and
problems; Create queries to drill down on patient data to
better explain any increase or decrease in trend;
4.
Responsible for performing analysis on
patient data; Document findings and prepare recommendations for
actionable steps and solutions in areas of organizational
change, communications, and informational flow;
5.
Implementing new systems, procedures and
organizational changes;
6.
Work with Human Resources team to ensure
successful implementation of newly developed systems and
procedures;
7.
Develop and implement records management
program for filing, protection and retrieval of patient data and
records and assure HIPPAA compliance;
8.
Support management team in creation of
quarterly site Medical Loss Ration Reports and Benchmarks;
9.
Review and recommend changes of forms and
reports, and confer with management and users about format,
distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and
improvements. |
